터키 이스탄불, 이라크 의사 대상 교육 현장 스케치

지난 10월 27일 제테마(Jetema) 주최로 터키 이스탄불에서 진행된 Epitique Global Filler Training이 열렸습니다.
이번 세미나에는 중동 지역을 대표하는 이라크의 주요 에피티크 헤비 유저 의사 그룹이 참석했으며
한국의 대표 강연자로 청담 셀리닉의원 김건우 원장이 초청되어 강의 및 라이브 세션을 진행했습니다.

이번 강의의 주제는 Comprehensive Secret to Minimal Invasive Rejuvenation – Lower Face 로
노화로 인한 하안면(턱선 및 볼 부위)의 지방 변화와 리프팅
안전하면서도 효율적인 필러 디자인 및 주입 테크닉에 대해 심도 있게 다루었습니다.

김건우 원장은 임상 경험을 바탕으로 “안전하고(Safe), 효과적이며(Effective), 
디자인에 맞는(Fit to Design)” 필러 주입 원칙을 강조했습니다.
특히 에피티크(Epitique)가 지닌 균일한 입자 구조와 부드러운 점탄성, 시술 부위별 맞춤형 라인업의 
장점을 실제 사례 중심으로 설명하며 참석자들의 큰 호응을 얻었습니다.

세션 중에는 안면 지방층의 노화 과정과 층별 해부학적 변화를 바탕으로
필러 주입 시 층별 접근의 중요성을 시각자료와 함께 소개했습니다.
25세와 85세의 얼굴 지방층 비교 영상, Superficial/Deep Fat 구조를 통해
필러가 단순 볼륨 보충이 아닌 구조적 재생에 기여해야 한다는 점을 강조했습니다.

이후 진행된 Q&A 세션에서는 현지 의사들의 실제 임상 경험과 기술 교류가 활발히 이루어졌으며
참석자 전원이 국가별 시술 문화와 윤리 기준을 공유했습니다.

 

셀리닉의원은 앞으로도 해외 의료진과의 교류 를 통해
K-뷰티 및 재생의학 분야의 전문성을 넓혀가며,

On October 27, the Epitique Global Filler Training hosted by Jetema was held in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The event brought together leading Epitique heavy-user physicians from Iraq, representing the Middle Eastern aesthetic field.
As Korea’s representative speaker, Dr. Chris Kim from Cellinique Clinic, Cheongdam, was invited to conduct a lecture and live demonstration session.

The lecture, titled “Comprehensive Secret to Minimal Invasive Rejuvenation – Lower Face,”
covered the anatomical and structural changes of the lower face due to aging —
with a focus on facial fat redistribution, lifting strategies, and safe yet effective filler techniques.

Drawing on his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Kim emphasized the three key principles of filler injection:
Safe, Effective, and Fit to Design.
He highlighted Epitique’s uniform particle structure, smooth viscoelasticity, and customized range for different facial areas,
presenting real clinical cases that received great attention and positive feedback from participants.

During the session, Dr. Kim also introduced the concept of layered anatomical injection —
analyzing the aging process of superficial and deep fat compartments.
By comparing the facial fat distribution of ages 25 and 85,
he demonstrated how fillers can contribute not just to volumizing,
but to structural rejuvenation and tissue support.

In the following Q&A session, participants actively exchanged clinical insights and shared experiences,
while discussing global standards for aesthetic practice and medical ethics.
